IT Finance Manager

In this role you will manage company-wide IT budgets, actuals and forecasts, providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to IT and corporate finance. You will collaborate with IT senior management and department heads to align spending with IT strategy and business goals. You'll build budget frameworks, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in IT financial management. This is a chance to shape IT budgeting and forecasting in a large, regulated manufacturing environment.

• Own IT budgets, quarterly forecasts, actuals, and year-end estimates for company-wide IT spending
• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop budgets and forecasting strategies aligned with IT goals
• Coordinate with IT department heads and other Finance teams on budgets and forecasts
• Prepare variance analysis and budget commentary for monthly and quarterly IT reporting
• Oversee staff, capital and operating expense analysis in IT
• Lead IT budgeting and reforecasting cycles
• Manage IT project budgets in liaison with project management teams
• Develop and implement IT Financial Management frameworks and continuous process improvements
• Establish IT financial metrics and KPIs and report progress regularly
• Support ad hoc IT financial projects

• BS or MS with 6-9 years of relevant IT financial management experience
• Hands-on Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
