Leverage Finance Associate

In this role you will join a growing, internationally recognized Leveraged Finance Practice to advise PE sponsors, portfolio companies, issuers, and lenders on the full debt finance stack. You will work on acquisition financings, ABLs, term loan facilities, senior and mezzanine debt, dividends and recapitalizations, and refinancing, contributing to the growth of the PE practice. • Represent PE sponsors, portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, lenders and financial institutions in debt finance transactions
• Advise on acquisition financings, ABLs, term loan facilities, and senior and mezzanine debt
• Support dividends, recapitalizations and refinancing activities
• Contribute to growth and development of the Leveraged Finance and PE practice
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to execute complex financings

• 4-5 years of experience in leveraged finance
• substantive experience representing PE sponsors, corporate borrowers and/or lenders
• experience across a full range of debt finance transactions (acquisition financings, ABLs, term loans, senior and mezz, recapitalizations)
