Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager

In this role you drive the financial planning and operational analysis for the Podcasting division while delivering corporate finance support to the entire company. You partner with the SVP of Strategic Finance to translate operational metrics into actionable insights and craft executive-facing reporting. You will bridge finance and strategy, enabling profitable content strategies and informed decision-making at both division and enterprise levels. • Partner with Podcasting leadership, Content Development, and Sales Ops to translate operational drivers into financial strategies
• Lead monthly Podcasting reporting package with variance analysis, KPI tracking, and commentary
• Own rolling monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and performance tracking for Podcasting
• Model investment ROI and commercial deal structures for talent acquisitions, renewals, and content partnerships
• Monitor monetization metrics: yield, inventory utilization, CPM trends, cost-to-serve
• Oversee show financial workflows, align content operations, vendor invoicing, and creator payouts
• Support monthly executive reporting packs and quarterly operating reviews; assist in Board materials
• Contribute to multi-year 3-statement modeling and long-range planning
• Provide ad-hoc strategic analysis for partnerships and cost-efficiency initiatives
• Help modernize processes and tools for consolidation, reporting automation, and BI usage

• 2-5+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
• Experience with cross-functional business partnering
• Strong 3-statement financial modeling, scenario planning, and deal evaluation
• Ability to present data clearly in executive slides and summaries
• Proficiency with core financial tools; advanced Excel; NetSuite or Tableau a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
