Leads the Health & Wellness department, overseeing fitness center operations, personal training, group exercise, aquatics and sports. Directs managers and staff; manages budgets, programming, member experience, revenue, safety and compliance; and works across the organization to strengthen participation and retention. Lead day-to-day operations across fitness, personal training, group exercise, aquatics and sports. Develop managers and staff, set expectations and hold area leaders accountable. Manage department budgets, staffing, revenue and expenses. Track membership, enrollment, participation, retention and program performance. Evaluate programs, schedules, space utilization and opportunities to grow participation and revenue. Oversee safety and risk management and ensure required licenses, certifications and training remain current.
