The LiRo Group seeks a Site Safety Supervisor to support complex construction projects across transportation, infrastructure, and building markets. In this field-based role, you will lead daily safety oversight, conduct inspections and hazard assessments, and ensure full OSHA and regulatory compliance. You’ll deliver orientations and toolbox talks, investigate incidents, maintain documentation, and partner with project leaders to plan safe work methods. Lead day-to-day safety oversight on active construction sites for infrastructure, transportation, and building projects. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; document findings and drive corrective actions. Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations, as well as company safety policies. Develop, deliver, and document safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training for field staff and subcontractors. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare reports and support root-cause analysis and corrective measures. Maintain safety records, permits, and reporting in accordance with regulatory and client requirements. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and engineers to plan safe means and methods for high-risk activities. Promote a proactive safety culture, coaching teams to identify hazards and stop work when unsafe conditions arise.
