Business Development - Strategy Director

In this Corporate Strategy role at Wolters Kluwer, you will help steer growth and strategic transformation across the portfolio. • Lead project work with the VP of Corporate Strategy and key stakeholders
• Run the annual strategic planning process
• Support the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
• Conduct market deep-dives and business diagnostics with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Divisional Strategy, Corporate Development, and Business Unit GMs
• Guide team members and establish credibility across the enterprise
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and stakeholder buy-in
• Drive transformation initiatives and innovation across Wolters Kluwer

• 5+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm with focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy or Commercial Due Diligence
• 2+ years of experience managing teams on the ground
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
• Preference for B2B tech industry focus
• Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across all levels
• Advanced communication skills, written and verbal, to influence stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
