As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner school, providing small-group and one-on-one academic support, mentoring, and classroom assistance to help students stay on track. You’ll track student progress, collaborate with teachers, and lead enrichment or after-school activities. City Year offers structured training, coaching, and leadership development in a collaborative, social-justice-driven culture. This role is ideal for those passionate about education, equity, and gaining professional skills while making a direct impact on students’ success.
