• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in occupied apartments and common areas
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and HVAC issues
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in readiness
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or service technician experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
