Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role you will design and maintain analytics solutions to support reporting and decision-making. You collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will enhance analytics with AI features while ensuring governance and performance. You'll work within a cross-functional team to deliver enterprise-grade insights that drive business outcomes. • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric for enterprise reporting and decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into solutions
• Design interactive dashboards that convert data into actionable insights
• Optimize performance of Lakehouse, semantic models, and Power BI reports
• Implement AI features to enhance analytics and user experience
• Assess and recommend improvements to BI solutions using new technologies
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure governance compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• 4-6 years of Power BI development and semantic models
• Proficiency in SQL and SSRS report development
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse concepts, and governed self-service BI
• Experience with Row-Level Security, workspace permissions, and data governance
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
• Legal industry experience preferred but not required
