A well-established and expanding hospitalist program at a 300+ bed hospital in the Yonkers, NY area is seeking full-time day hospitalists to join their growing team. This is a days-only position with no swing or night shifts required, offering a flexible schedule, excellent benefits, and strong work-life balance.

• Full-time hospitalist role days only

• Schedule options: 5 on / 5 off or 7 on / 7 off

• 12-hour shifts

• Responsibilities include rounding, 1 3 admissions per shift, responding to RRTs and codes

• Closed ICU no procedures required

• Supportive, award-winning nursing and clinical staff

• Manageable patient census and balanced workload

• Robust onboarding and peer support for new grads

Base salary is experience-based:

• 0 2 years: $240,000

• 3 5 years: $250,000

• 6 9 years: $260,000

• 10+ years: Compensation is customized please inquire for details

MD or DO with a valid New York State medical license (or eligibility)
