Family Practice - Without OB Physician

• Schedule: 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact; flexible 4- or 5-day work week options; call rotation approximately 1 in every 70 days
• Job Setting: Established and patient-centered outpatient practice
• Types of Cases: Comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages; average of 18-24 patients per day

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward BC); candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA), DEA
• Licensure: Active NY License (or willing to obtain)
