Job Title: PM&R Physician - Interventional Pain Medicine

Position Summary:

Hudson Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Physiatrist (PM&R physician) with a strong interest or fellowship training in interventional pain management. The ideal candidate is passionate about treating patients using evidence-based, minimally invasive techniques and working in a team-based environment with other physicians, nurse practitioners, and physical therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal, spine, and pain-related conditions
• Perform interventional procedures such as joint and spine injections, nerve blocks, and other image-guided techniques
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and manage individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient education, set functional goals, and track progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine (preferred)
• EMG credentialed (preferred)
• Active or eligible for a New York medical license
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and procedural skills
• Interest in innovation, wellness, and integrative medicine is a plus
