Job Title: Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and management of the behavioral health unit
• Ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and compliance with policies and regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care and discharge planning
• Monitor performance improvement activities and maintain required reports
• Support staff development, education, and overall unit performance
• Provide leadership coverage and administrative support as needed

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NY
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience, including psychiatry
• At least 2 years in a leadership/management role
• Must have experience managing a psych unit in a hospital
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
