Salary:$149,000/year - $150,000/Year
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM/ 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days/week, 7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week

About the Role
Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Nursing assists with the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating of nursing services and education programs within the hospital, diagnostic and treatment center, or a major unit within the Department of Nursing. Performs related duties as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing policies, objectives, and standards of nursing service and education
- Support preparation of personnel, supply, and equipment budgets
- Assist in development of administrative procedures and patient care programs
- Oversee nursing services in a major clinical division or assigned unit as needed
- Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting nursing education programs
- May oversee nursing services during evening or night operations
- Direct and supervise activities of nursing supervisors
- Prepare periodic and daily administrative reports related to staff and patient care
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct nursing rounds, chart reviews, and evaluate patient care delivery
- Lead staff meetings and support communication across nursing teams
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing Administration, Education, Clinical Specialty, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with additional required experience
Required Skills:
- Master's Degree: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or teaching role
- Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 6 years of nursing experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or teaching role
