ABOUT SMILE HOUSE & JBL NEW YORK CITY

SMILE HOUSE and JBL New York City represent two of Manhattan's most distinguished dental practices - united by a shared philosophy that the mouth is the gateway to whole-body health. JBL NYC, founded over 35 years ago on the Upper East Side at 923 Fifth Avenue, has long been a benchmark for esthetic and restorative excellence. SMILE HOUSE Tribeca, located at 55 Warren Street, is the next evolution of that vision: a fully integrated, diagnostics-forward practice built around the oral-systemic health model, advanced technology, and a deeply human patient experience.

Our founder and Chief Clinical Officer - a nationally recognized dental innovator, patent holder, NYU faculty member, and leading voice in oral-systemic health - is building an exceptional organization.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in the dental or healthcare industry

• Exceptional communication and customer service presence

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset

• Familiarity with dental/healthcare software

• A genuine hospitality mindset - patient experience is everything

• Bachelor's degree or healthcare-related certification preferred

• Must be able to commute to our Tribeca, NYC and/or UES locations 5 days per week
