Clinical Head of AI

Kennedy Bond are partnered with a fast growing digital health company hiring a Clinical Head of AI to lead the transition to an AI-enabled care model.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of clinical practice, product, and engineering - ideal for someone who has lived AI integration inside a clinical workflow.

You'll build and run the full training infrastructure, guide clinicians from Supervised Assisted Autonomous, maintain the AI feedback loop, and ensure the team can operate safely even when AI fails. You'll partner closely with clinical and AI leadership to translate failures, capability changes, and workflow needs in real time.

You bring:

• MD, NP, PA, or RN
• Direct experience with GLPs
• Direct operational experience with AI in digital health
• 3+ years clinical practice in digital health/telemedicine
• Strong facilitation and training skills
• Ability to translate between clinical and technical teams
• Comfort operating in a fast moving, high growth environment
