Sigma Rehab seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our interdisciplinary rehab team within Healthcare & Medical Services. This role oversees program development, clinical quality, compliance, and staff management to ensure exceptional, patient-centered outcomes. The Director drives innovative, evidence-based rehabilitation services, collaborates closely with physicians and leadership, manages budgets and resources, and nurtures a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous growth for both patients and staff in a supportive, people-focused environment. Lead and oversee all rehabilitation programs and clinical operations. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and optimal recovery outcomes. Supervise and mentor interdisciplinary rehab staff and foster teamwork. Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation policies and procedures. Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with physicians and leadership on care pathways and innovation. Manage department budgeting, staffing, and resource utilization. Drive continuous improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. Support staff development, education, and performance evaluations. Promote a culture of compassion, safety, and professional growth.
