The Senior Director leads Program Without Walls, overseeing Pathfinders, Wayfinders and related day habilitation services. The role is accountable for program quality, participant-centered supports, staff leadership, clinical guidance, OPWDD compliance and collaboration with families, providers and internal teams. Oversee day habilitation programs, schedules, staffing, activities and service quality. Ensure services align with participant needs, Life Plans and goals. Supervise and develop program leaders and staff; address performance and training needs. Ensure OPWDD compliance, accurate documentation, incident response and follow-up. Provide clinical guidance for complex participant, behavioral and family situations. Coordinate with Operations, Human Resources, families, providers and regulatory agencies.
