Benefits Details Salary range: $320,000 to $347,000
Sign-on bonus up to $100,000

Requirements BC/BE in Family Medicine
Completion of an accredited US family medicine residency
New York medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
BLS/ACLS certification and DEA
