Finance Associate Attorney (Senior)

MW Talent is partnering with a prestigious, large law firm to hire a Senior Finance Associate (Senior) Attorney for its Finance Practice Group. This is a full-time, in-office position in New York, NY. Candidates must be able to work on-site. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Responsibilities
• Work on asset-based and structured finance transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Manage due diligence and deal execution
• Handle warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, whole loan transfers, and repurchase agreements
• Support securitization and related matters
• Manage components of transactions independently
• Work directly with clients
• Supervise and support junior associates
Qualifications
• 2 to 6 years of experience in asset-based and structured finance
• Experience representing issuers, investors, or back leverage providers
• Experience with securitization or related transactions
• Ability to manage deals independently
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing
• Strong academic background required
• Candidates from top law schools are required
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: 390000 to 435000
