Litigation - Counsel/Office of General Counsel

Seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to join our Office of General Counsel. The Senior Litigation Counsel will serve as the lead attorney on litigation matters relating to the firm. This attorney will oversee all issues involving litigation, including, risk management, malpractice, internal investigations, business conflicts, policy implementation, as well as handle special projects. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 20+ years of hands-on litigation experience gained in a leading law firm as a partner or as a General Counsel, handling complex litigation, including providing strategic advice and counseling to avoid commercial and reputational risk.
It is preferred that this position reside in our New York Office and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in New York.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $400,000 up to $600,000 (annually) plus bonus. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
