Asset-Based Finance Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a leading global law firm with a nationally recognized finance practice.

Position Overview: The firm's growing finance team is seeking an attorney with 2–6 years of transactional experience in a law firm setting. While prior asset-based lending or secured finance experience is preferred, candidates with a strong general transactional background and an interest in asset-based finance are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $310,000, commensurate with experience and level.

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of relevant transactional experience
• Background in finance, lending, or secured transactions preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Admission to the New York Bar, or eligibility to waive in
