Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

We are seeking an experienced and dependable attorney to independently manage litigation matters from filing through resolution. The firm handles a high-volume caseload involving contract disputes, judgment enforcement, motion practice, and negotiated settlements. Utilizing modern legal technology, streamlined workflows, and automation, the firm is committed to increasing efficiency and reducing administrative burden.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle limited court appearances as required
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
• Conduct all aspects of civil litigation
• Manage post-judgment enforcement matters
• Negotiate and resolve a high volume of settlements
• Collaborate with support staff to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
• Utilize legal technology and case management tools effectively

• Licensed attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience
• Ability to independently manage cases from filing through judgment
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
• Excellent organizational and case management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable leveraging technology and automation tools in legal practice
