NY- Finance Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

In this role you will support a high-caliber structured finance practice at a prominent AmLaw 50 firm in New York. You will work on sophisticated lender-side transactions and collaborate with cross-office teams to execute multi-jurisdictional deals. The role focuses on structuring and documenting complex financings and fostering client-ready deal strategies. • Represent lenders in financing transactions (acquisition financings, syndicated facilities)
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and related materials
• Coordinate and conduct due diligence; oversee deal execution
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop deal strategies
• Work with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record
• Active Bar Admission in New York
• 3-5 years' experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting CLO transactions
• Experience with acquisition financings, cross-border financings, and syndicated credit facilities
• Prior large law firm experience preferred
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
