Senior Associate, Legal Business Services

In this role you help drive LBS engagements across legal services, guiding strategy and process improvements for in-house legal teams and law firms. You will work with cross-functional teams, applying governance and analytics to design better operating models. You'll lead efforts in legal technology optimization and scalable implementations, including CLM and Gen AI applications. • Execute LBS engagements across Legal Managed Services, Legal Operations Consulting, and Legal Technology Innovation
• Manage engagements for legal departments and law firms, including project plans and timelines
• Provide input on work plans, resource allocation, and staff development
• Advise leadership on process improvement and change management integration
• Develop and analyze metrics, reports, and recommendations related to organizational structure and policies
• Design and document processes and project plans in dynamic client environments
• Support selection, implementation and execution of legal technologies (ELM, CLM, eBilling, Matter Management)

• Minimum two years in legal business consulting, legal tech innovation, or legal managed services
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Understanding of business transformation, financial management, technology, resourcing, performance and change management in legal settings
• Experience identifying business risks and conducting analyses such as needs assessments and cost-benefit analyses
• Ability to work in a team and travel up to 50%
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
