Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

In this role you will support a nationally recognized real estate finance practice by handling sophisticated lending and equity transactions. You will work with lenders, borrowers, and capital providers across complex structures, contributing to high quality deals and multi jurisdictional matters. The position emphasizes client interaction, collaboration with partners, and growth opportunities in a collegial, entrepreneurial environment. • Represent lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions
• Structure, negotiate, and document construction loans, mortgage financings, and equity investments
• Advise on sophisticated debt, debt-like, and equity structures for commercial real estate
• Handle multi-tiered capital transactions and structured finance matters
• Assist with distressed commercial real estate transactions and related financing matters
• Collaborate with partners and clients throughout all transaction phases
• Maintain significant client contact while managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-5 years of substantive experience in real estate finance transactions
• Extensive experience with debt, debt-like, and equity structures in real estate projects
• Particular experience with construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactions
• Experience representing lenders, capital providers, borrowers, or combinations thereof
• Excellent attention to detail, sound business judgment, strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional legal research, drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
