Jobot is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead complex civil matters for a variety of clients. In this role, you will own cases from intake through resolution, developing strategy, managing discovery, drafting motions, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court for hearings and trials. You will negotiate settlements, mentor junior team members, and leverage technology to drive efficiency and quality. Lead and manage complex civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Develop case strategy and advise clients on risk, exposure, and options Draft pleadings, motions, and persuasive legal memoranda Handle written and oral discovery, including depositions and e-discovery Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motion argument Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with cross-functional teams Leverage technology and data to streamline case management and workflow Civil litigation Trial advocacy Legal research and writing Case strategy development Discovery management Deposition practice Motion practice (state and federal) Client counseling and communication Settlement negotiation Electronic document management/e-discovery Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active JD from an accredited law school Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar Prior experience in civil/commercial litigation at a law firm or in-house Trial or arbitration experience preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
