Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan.

• Examine patients, order and perform diagnostic tests, and formulate diagnosis in an outpatient setting.
• Guide and support house staff and other healthcare team members.
• Participate in teaching of house staff, staff conferences, and research projects as directed.
• Assist in the administration and coordination of the service.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Active New York State medical license
• Active DEA license

• Annual Base Salary: $236,000 (board eligible); $241,000 (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
• Estimated annual total compensation: $315,120 (board eligible) / $320,620 (board certified), including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
• Estimated compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours per week: $55,520.
• Projected bonus up to $40,000 contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) contributions:
  • Immediate vesting at 3% of base earnings; no employee match.
  • After one year of service, additional 7% of base earnings; no employee match.
• Annual CME reimbursement.
