Product Enablement Director: Scale, ROI & AI Governance (City of Troy)

Citizens Commercial Bank is standing up a new Product organization led by a Chief Product Owner, with the Product Enablement Director as a Day 1 hire to run the operating engine and ensure rapid delivery with responsible AI, risk, and financial discipline.

The role covers business ops, financial and workforce planning, governance, executive reporting, vendor management, and execution across product, analytics, engineering, risk, and compliance as the bank scales into 2027.
