CRNA position at the TLC Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center in Lady Lake, Florida, near The Villages. Enjoy a great lifestyle with an up to 75K start‑date bonus and a competitive annual salary of up to 227K.

CRNAs may work full‑time, part‑time, or per‑diem. The practice operates a collaborative team model with one anesthesiologist and three anesthetists across three ORs.

5‑day blocks with 8‑hour shifts and approximately 8 weeks paid time off. Flex scheduling is available for both full‑time and part‑time options. Benefits start on day one with no waiting period.
