Data Analytics with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Data Warehousing or ETL Location - New York City, NY Need local candidates Contract Position 12 + months with possible extension Must have skill sets Looking for combination of both (google analytics or Adobe Analytics) and (data warehousing or ETL) Data warehousing experience and concepts 5-10 years of exp Job Description We are looking for experienced Implementation Lead to join our Data and Analytics team. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration skills, and extensive hands-on experience as you directly contribute to the success of our digital analytics strategy, including data collection, reporting performance, measurement opportunities, and the integration of data across our platform. At DSS data is central to measuring all aspects of the business, and critical to its operations and growth. Implementation Leads work closely with the data engineering and front-end technology teams for tagging and collecting, recognizing the final use cases of analyzing and distributing data using public cloud and open source technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation and Hands-on of our internal and third-party analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Conviva, Localytics, Branch, and Braze. Responsible for understanding the business requirements and translating them into actionable implementation specs and owning how data should be tracked and measured for analysis and reporting. Collaborate with engineering teams, data analysts and data scientists to design and build data-forward solutions based on analytics needs. Lead instrumentation for our internal data capture systems and initiatives Design and maintain tracking solution documents based on stakeholder requirements for multiple platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and connected devices. Perform data quality audits, QA tags, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements, and implement fixes. Work with Technical Project Managers to identify project risks and define exit criteria for each testing cycle. Perform regular quality assurance and testing post-implementation to guarantee sustained performance across our apps. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment including the organization skills required to manage multiple projects simultaneously 2+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Adobe Analytics andor Google Analytics on websites, mobile applications, and OTT platforms Proficiency with data analysis tools, including hands-on knowledge working with data layers such as tag management systems to expose user events and actions on webpages High familiarity with Relational Databases, Data warehousing and ETL Concepts Exposure to Data Normalization for Data Analytics. Proficiency in Source to Target Mapping for between disparate data schemas. Proficiency in Data Analyzing and verifying large data sets for Data Correctness, completeness and integrity. Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Workfront Good understanding of IP-based video delivery, including live video delivery and related analytics technology Exposure and hands-on with front-end web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery) Experience with database structure and queries (SQL) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks while in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
