Lead daily operations of a mobile home community, overseeing property management, resident relations, financial administration, and maintenance. Supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets and vendors, ensure compliance, and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs. Supervise maintenance employees, plan work schedules, conduct evaluations, coach staff, and support hiring and disciplinary decisions. Manage rent collection, resident accounts, deposits, delinquencies, invoices, reports, lease enforcement, and move-outs. Develop and monitor maintenance budgets, control expenditures, and allocate labor, materials, and contracted services. Oversee preventive maintenance, common-area upkeep, repairs, vendors, and maintenance projects. Handle resident relations, community engagement, and home sales while ensuring resident satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, applicable codes, and legal requirements.
