Business Manager

In this role you lead a branch's growth and operations, aligning with our strategy and values. You drive sales, finances, and customer relationships while building a high-performance team. You will implement initiatives locally, manage P&L, and leverage CRM and SAP-based tools to improve results. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes branch performance and customer outcomes in a growing market.

• Lead Outside and Inside Sales efforts and branch administration
• Manage Margin, Inventory, and Supplier relationships; train staff
• Utilize Curbell Selling System, CRM and Sales Tools for sales execution
• Implement company initiatives at local and regional levels
• Develop a high-performance culture, engage employees, and facilitate goal-setting conversations
• Make informed decisions with autonomy to advance organizational initiatives
• Develop, execute, and manage a branch business plan and P&L to achieve ROS/NOP growth
• Use SAP CRM reporting to analyze business results and coordinate with corporate on AR, suppliers, marketing programs and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in selling services in a B2B model; capable of group presentations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP or similar system (preferred)
• Experience with territory and sales management techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work from the Rochester, NY & Orchard Park, NY branches
