Tech Business Management Lead, AWS Marketing Technology, AI and Analytics

In this role you lead the TAA budget, operations and rhythm of the business, partnering with AWS Finance and senior leadership to align resources with the team's objectives. You drive data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and accelerate automation and AI-enabled improvements. You manage a team handling POs, headcounts, SOWs, and project financials, enabling efficient delivery. You help scale the TAA function within AWS Marketing to improve customer experiences and smarter decision-making.

• Manage and monitor overall AWS TAA budget and related processes including program and project financials, POs
• Own team's rhythm of business (ROB) mechanisms (OP1, OP2, WBR, MBR, Goal reviews, QBR) in partnership with TAA LT, Marketing S&O, and AWS Finance
• Identify, analyze, and develop mechanisms to optimize resources and operational challenges to drive efficiencies and speed through automation, AI, integrations, and data pipelines
• Set goals and develop financial projections to guide business processes
• Track financial data against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Serve as liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and department heads
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of builders responsible for day-to-day business management like POs, headcounts, SOWs, project financials

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
