The Warehouse Janitorial and Maintenance Associate keeps T. J. Sheehan’s beverage warehouse clean, safe, and organized. This on-site role focuses on cleaning floors, aisles, docks, storage areas, breakrooms, and offices; handling product breakage and spills per safety procedures; managing trash, recycling, and cleaning supplies; operating floor scrubbers and other equipment; and reporting maintenance or safety issues while working closely with warehouse staff. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, aisles, docks, storage areas, and grounds using sweeping, mopping, and floor scrubbers Clean and organize product breakage areas, handling spills and damaged goods per safety procedures Service employee common areas, including breakrooms and offices, and manage trash and recycling removal Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; store and operate cleaning equipment safely and report needed repairs Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety hazards to supervisors Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and keep aisles, exits, and work areas clear while coordinating with warehouse staff Warehouse floor scrubber operation Industrial cleaning procedures Safe chemical handling Basic facility maintenance Inventory and breakage handling Waste and recycling management Material handling up to 50 lbs PPE use and safety compliance Organization of warehouse areas Communication with warehouse staff High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior warehouse, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience preferred Ability to safely operate floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment Knowledge of basic cleaning and safe chemical handling preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
