Compensation: $250,000–$300,000 anually | 20%–30% target bonus

Costaras Law is growing, and we are looking for a sharp, business-minded attorney who wants more than just another legal job.

We are a fast-growing boutique law firm serving business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and families. Our work includes business law, contracts, M&A support, transactions, estate planning, succession planning, and proactive legal strategy.

This role is for an attorney who wants to do meaningful work, communicate clearly with clients, and help build a modern law firm that uses technology, systems, and AI to serve clients better.

We are especially interested in someone with strong Cleveland or Northeast Ohio ties, a local professional network, and a long-term interest in growing with a firm that is building something bigger.

What You'll Do

• Handle business law, contract, transaction, and planning matters
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents
• Advise clients on legal risks, deal structure, and practical next steps
• Support business owners with contracts, business planning, and transactions
• Work on estate planning and succession planning matters when needed
• Communicate with clients in a clear, practical, and professional way
• Help improve templates, workflows, systems, and client experience
• Work closely with the firm owner, paralegals, admin team, and tech support

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed Ohio attorney
• 6+ years of legal experience preferred
• Business law, contracts, M&A, transactions, or estate planning experience preferred
• Strong client communication skills
• Practical, business-minded, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working with business owners and high-trust client relationships
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Interested in technology, AI, systems, and building a better legal service model
• Cleveland or Northeast Ohio roots, relationships, or long-term commitment preferred
• Existing professional network or referral relationships are a plus
