Digital Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst – Operational Cutover Lead to support a large-scale Order Management System (OMS) migration program. This role is responsible for driving business and operational readiness while leading the execution of cutover activities.

You will partner closely with a Technical Cutover Lead to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to a new OMS platform. This position plays a critical role in aligning business operations with technical delivery to ensure a successful go-live with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Cutover Leadership

• Own and manage the operational cutover plan aligned with technical timelines
• Partner with business leaders to define and sequence operational activities
• Translate technical cutover activities into clear business impacts and actions
• Align operational execution with system, data, and environment readiness

Cross-Functional Planning

• Co-develop end-to-end cutover plans with technical teams
• Identify and manage dependencies across systems, data, and workflows
• Support command center planning, escalation paths, and governance

Operational Readiness

• Ensure readiness across key business functions including:
• Customer Care
• Fulfillment / Warehouse
• Store Operations
• Finance / Payments
• Define and validate business readiness criteria for go-live

Runbook Development & Testing

• Create and maintain operational cutover runbooks
• Lead mock cutovers and rehearsals
• Identify gaps and ensure remediation prior to launch

Execution & Stabilization

• Serve as operational lead during live cutover events
• Support command center operations and issue escalation
• Monitor post-launch performance and operational KPIs
• Lead post-cutover reviews and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, program coordination, or operations
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or migrations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
• Experience developing runbooks, operational plans, or launch playbooks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with OMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan Active Omni)
• Background in e-commerce or retail fulfillment operations
• Experience supporting cutover events, releases, or command center environments
