Finance Manager

In this role, you will lead FP&A for the Similac WIC P&L, shaping financial insight and strategic bids. You will partner with Commercial Analytics and Brand Marketing to align plans and forecasts, and model the financial impact of innovation throughout development. You'll communicate results to senior leadership, drive timely deliverables, and influence cross-functional decisions. • Lead monthly/quarterly analysis of WIC results with management commentary
• Maintain and enhance the WIC financial model for bid evaluations
• Develop innovation financial projections and own innovation financials during development
• Provide ad-hoc analyses for Senior Management support
• Prepare materials for senior financial and strategy reviews
• Ensure timely, accurate financial information and adherence to policies
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines; support ad hoc process and system projects

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership and influence stakeholders
• Leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
