Oracle Finance Manager

In this role you help clients define cloud strategies and deliver Oracle Cloud Financials solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. You lead implementation workstreams, advise stakeholders, and drive business process transformation within a cross-functional team. The role combines client leadership with hands-on design, configuration, and post-go-live planning to deliver measurable results. It offers the opportunity to shape cloud-enabled finance transformations at leading organizations.

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams from requirements to post-go-live support planning
• Manage interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process design to improve efficiency and controls
• Provide direction, oversight, and quality review for project deliverables
• Support business development activities including pursuit participation and scope/pricing discussions
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to staffing and development initiatives

• 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• 7+ years implementing Oracle Financials modules
• Travel up to 50% on average
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience defining systems strategy, requirements, fit-gap, design, testing, and training

• Strong written and verbal communication
