Overview

In this role you will own the strategy and delivery of a modern Performance Measurement suite for JPMorgan Chase's Business Bank field organization. You will bridge finance, data, and product to standardize how banker and manager performance is defined and consumed, impacting 3,500+ bankers and leaders nationwide. You'll partner with leaders across finance, HR, technology, and analytics to deliver a scalable, trusted product with clear metric lineage and self service reporting. This is a high visibility transformation with direct influence on incentive planning and field management.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the strategic direction of the performance measurement suite and its roadmap
  • Develop metrics framework, data sourcing, calculation logic, and monitoring for metric accuracy
  • Own backlog prioritization, dependencies, and timely delivery with measurable outcomes
  • Improve monthly scorecard automation and efficiency for 3,500+ bankers and field leaders
  • Conduct financial analyses, prepare executive materials, and present findings to senior leadership
  • Collaborate across CCB field finance, business/segment partners, and functions (Compensation, HR, Legal, Controls, Risk) on change requests
  • Navigate ambiguous, cross functional environments and maintain strong controls and resiliency
Key requirements
  • 6+ years in Finance, Analytics, or Business Management
  • Bachelor in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong technical proficiency or proven ability to rapidly acquire technical skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Comfort working with data and BI tooling in a fast moving, ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and executive storytelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, or collaboration with product/engineering teams
