SAP S4 HANA - Finance Lead

In this role you will lead S/4 HANA Finance programs, guiding delivery across large engagements and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. You will drive automation and process improvements in operations while building a motivated, high-performing team. You will translate business needs into SAP S/4 HANA functional designs and ensure successful delivery within budget and timelines. This position offers impact in shaping finance transformations and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic IT services environment.

• Lead large S/4 HANA Finance implementation programs and projects
• Manage project budgets and report to internal and external stakeholders
• Build and motivate a high-performing team, promoting automation and innovation in Operations Support
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs for SAP S/4 HANA
• Maintain client-facing engagement with effective communication and policy guidance
• Leverage knowledge of SLT, CDS on HANA, AIF, BRF+ to support finance transformation
• Oversee master data and data replication processes from regional systems to central finance
• Coordinate multi-environment work plans and ensure timely delivery with quality
• Ensure alignment with project policies and deadlines

• MBA Finance/CA/CPA or equivalent
• 3 large program/project management core experience with at least 1 S/4 HANA Finance implementation
• Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management
• Proficient in project budget management and reporting
• Ability to lead a team and drive automation and innovation
• Knowledge of SLT, CDS on HANA, AIF, BRF+
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating to functional designs in SAP S/4 HANA
• Ability to work across multiple environments and meet deadlines
