Finance Reinvention - Financial Services Manager, EPM

In this role you lead FP&A delivery within Accenture's Finance Reinvention practice, turning planning and forecasting into AI-enabled, driver-based processes for financial services clients. You own workstreams, translate requirements into working solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes with senior stakeholder confidence. You will collaborate with frontier AI providers and EPM partners to embed agentic capabilities in client finance functions, shaping scalable planning and analytics. You drive impact by turning complex FS data into forward-looking insights and actionable plans.

• Design and deploy agentic FP&A workflows with automated scenario generation and variance insights
• Lead delivery workstreams within Finance Reinvention engagements, including scope, timelines, and client interactions
• Define Human + Machine operating models and process handoffs, controls, and escalations
• Collaborate with frontier AI providers and EPM platform partners to deploy AI-enabled finance capabilities
• Design and build driver-based planning, rolling forecasting, and variance analytics on leading EPM platforms
• Conduct requirements gathering, current-state assessment, and target-state design with client stakeholders
• Manage a delivery team of three or more practitioners, mentor team members
• Maintain client relationships at finance manager/director level and support senior leadership engagements
• Support proposals and pursuits with solution approaches, estimates, and content
• Contribute to reusable assets like models, accelerators, playbooks, and knowledge sharing

• 5+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, or EPM, including 2+ years in consulting/advisory roles
• 2+ years leading delivery teams or workstreams
• Bachelor's degree
• Bonus: experience deploying agentic AI workflows in FP&A or finance
• Bonus: platform certifications (Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan Model Builder, or equivalent)
• Bonus: experience with proposals, RFPs, or POC in consulting
• Bonus: familiarity with FS regulatory frameworks (DFAST, CECL, RBC, Basel/CRR)
• Bonus: experience integrating EPM with ERP/ data platforms (SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in finance/accounting; CPA/CFA or equivalent
• FS industry experience from FS clients or in-house roles
• At least one full lifecycle EPM implementation
• Hands-on configuration/build with EPM platforms (Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, OneStream, Workday Adaptive Planning)
• AI/GenAI/automation exposure in finance processes
