SAP Finance Specialist/Consultant - Industrial

As an SAP ERP Consultant focused on finance, you help CFOs and controllers transform core accounting and finance operations on SAP S/4HANA. You blend deep finance process knowledge with strong consulting and delivery skills, partnering with cross-functional teams to align priorities and guide users through new ways of working. You translate CFO priorities into scalable SAP solutions that drive enterprise value, controls, and insight. You join a global delivery model delivering finance transformation programs with impact across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing.

• Engage with finance stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations articulating value of SAP S/4HANA Finance for the CFO agenda
• Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing using SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and partner solutions
• Analyze finance process data (COA, master data, sub-ledger mappings, journals, asset registers, reconciliations) to inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness
• Execute and coordinate system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage, cutover activities, and hypercare for SAP Finance releases
• Apply SAP's Business AI capabilities and GenAI use cases in finance delivery to improve close, controls, and reporting processes
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model
• Coach analysts and junior team members, contribute to internal assets and best practices, deepen SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise
• Travel may be required (0-100%)

• Minimum of 3 years of functional experience in SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and/or Product Costing)
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Asset Accounting / Fixed Assets (capitalization, depreciation, parallel ledger)
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a configuration, functional, or delivery role
• Minimum of 3 years of finance transformation consulting experience (process design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving Industrial clients and/or industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
• If Associate's Degree, equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
