Finance AI Value Strategy Consultant

As a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant, you help clients reinvent their finance functions through AI, GenAI, and data-led strategies. You'll shape vision, build relationships as a trusted advisor, and define scalable AI-first operating models and roadmaps. You'll assess maturity, craft business cases and ROI models, and drive responsible AI and ecosystem partnerships. This role blends strategy, delivery, and stakeholder leadership to deliver measurable growth and efficiency for clients.

• Shape vision and identify AI/data-led reinvention opportunities
• Build client credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI, and data in business processes
• Define and structure AI/data strategy, data assets, and AI platform blueprint
• Assess AI/Data maturity, operating model and ways of working
• Create building blocks for AI-first organization, including technology, data strategy, and operating model
• Develop business case, investment profile, and roadmap with revenue upside and cost takeout
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and innovative culture
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
• Willingness to travel up to 80% as required by client needs

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy with Enterprise/Function-specific data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, data analysis, and roadmapping
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting
• 3+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Finance processes/functions/systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
• If associate's degree, minimum 6 years of work experience
