Director, Creator & Affiliate Marketing

As a senior leader, you will grow Etsy's Creator and Affiliate ecosystem, unifying in-house and external creator networks into a cohesive growth engine. You will scale recruitment, engagement, and monetization of creator programs while expanding affiliate partnerships and improving economics. The role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product, and analytics, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will shape strategy, tooling, and measurement to drive traffic, buyer acquisition, revenue, and brand relevance. • Lead Creator Program and publisher affiliate program strategy and execution across in-house and external networks
• Develop growth plans for recruitment, engagement, retention, and monetization of creators
• Strategize external network partnerships (LTK, ShopMy, Mavely, YouTube Affiliate) including incentives and promotions
• Grow and optimize Etsy's global Affiliate program across 100+ countries
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on tooling priorities and with Analytics on incrementality, attribution, testing roadmaps
• Align cross-functional strategy with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, CRM, and Paid Media
• Own portfolio performance storytelling from discovery metrics to revenue impact for senior leadership
• Mentor a high-performing team and cultivate a culture of testing and learning to guide investments

• 10-12+ years in creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing
• Experience building in-house creator programs and managing creator networks
• Deep understanding of creator/influencer landscape and affiliate economics (CPA, commissions, attribution)
• Proven people management and leadership of high-performing teams
• Experience designing program structures (tiering, commissions, segmentation) and high-value partnerships
• Hands-on experience with incrementality testing and forecasting (GMS/revenue) to finance and leadership
• Knowledge of attribution models, affiliate networks (Impact, Rakuten, AWIN, Partnerize) and optimization of bids/structures
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Communications, Brand, and Advertising
