Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

In this Senior BI Analyst role, you will lead analytics delivery for GARS, driving data-driven decision making across a complex commercial portfolio. You'll own core reporting domains, advance modern BI practices, and scale analytics capabilities with a focus on SQL-based work in Snowflake. You'll partner with stakeholders and IT to ensure accurate, governed insights that inform strategic actions. • Analyze large, diverse data to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure data integrity through validation and quality checks
• Frame questions with stakeholders and translate needs into reporting solutions
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to management
• Align business logic and reporting with enterprise data models
• Leverage AI-assisted analytics to improve speed and quality while maintaining governance
• Design and maintain semantic models and metric definitions for trusted reporting
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency in data collection and reporting
• Maintain documentation for data processes and governance
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to analysts
• Stay current with analytics best practices and trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Seven+ years in analytics or BI
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools (Tableau preferred)
• Python or similar scripting language for analytics
• Snowflake or cloud-based analytics experience preferred
• Knowledge of ETL processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to frame problems and influence decisions
• Interest in learning new tools and practices
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
