Director, HR Business Partner

As a senior HR strategist, you will align Talent and organizational strategy with business priorities for LexisNexis Legal Market in Dayton. You partner with executives to drive performance, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability. You will shape workforce plans, design organization structure, and guide change across a matrixed, tech-enabled environment. • Translate business strategy into actionable people plans with Legal Market leaders
• Support growth initiatives and organizational transformation efforts
• Provide data-driven workforce analytics to inform decisions
• Lead organizational design and change management aligned with strategic priorities
• Forecast hiring needs with Talent Acquisition and drive succession planning
• Support early career programs and development pathways for entry-level talent
• Lead talent reviews, performance management, and development planning with leaders
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and partner on DEI initiatives
• Oversee fair application of compensation and reward practices with Total Rewards

• 5-8 years of HR experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Senior-level HRBP experience within a complex, matrixed organization with COE support
• Experience supporting commercial or market-facing businesses (legal, professional services, or technology preferred)
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management
• Leadership coaching and executive presence with strong stakeholder influence
• Ability to connect talent strategy to financial and operational outcomes
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
