Securitas is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead security teams supporting diverse client sites. In this role, you oversee daily field operations, officer scheduling, and post coverage while upholding Securitas’ standards of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. You’ll conduct site inspections, coach and mentor officers, respond to incidents, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with client procedures. Working closely with clients and management, you’ll help improve safety, service quality, and operational efficiency, supporting career growth for officers and a secure environment for the communities we protect. Supervise daily security operations across assigned client sites Schedule, deploy, and support security officers to meet post requirements Monitor performance, conduct site inspections, and ensure policy compliance Respond to incidents, coordinate escalations, and complete reports Train, coach, and mentor officers to maintain professionalism and service quality Partner with clients to address security concerns and service expectations Review incident trends to recommend operational improvements Ensure adherence to safety, risk management, and regulatory standards Assist with onboarding, evaluations, and corrective actions for staff Collaborate with management on staffing, coverage, and operational planning Security operations management Staff supervision Incident response and reporting Scheduling and workforce planning Customer service Risk assessment Policy and procedure enforcement Basic security systems familiarity (CCTV, access control) Training and coaching Report writing and documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State-required security guard license or guard card First Aid/CPR/AED certification ASIS certifications (e.g., APP or PSP) preferred Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
