Tax Credit Finance - Associate Attorney OR Counsel

This position may be located in Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; or Orlando, FL.

We are seeking a senior-level tax credit finance associate or counsel with 7+ years of law firm experience to join our nationally recognized Tax Credit Finance team.

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of relevant law firm experience focused on historic tax credits and new markets tax credits.
• Experience with renewable energy tax credits would be beneficial, but is not required.
• Ability to handle all facets of a tax credit transaction from leading or assisting on initial structuring to reviewing financial projections and negotiating business and legal issues
• Work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various tax equity and loan documents and opinions and conducting necessary due diligence, as well as overall project management
• A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school
