Plastipak Packaging, Inc., a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, seeks a Site Controller to lead financial operations for a manufacturing facility. The Site Controller owns site P&L integrity, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance. This role partners closely with plant leadership to analyze production costs, drive efficiency, and support capital and continuous improvement decisions. The Site Controller prepares timely financial reports, tracks KPIs, manages inventory valuation, and provides insights that enhance profitability, sustainability, and operational excellence in a collaborative culture focused on safety and innovation. Lead financial operations for the manufacturing site, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Own site P&L, balance sheet integrity, and cash flow visibility Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the plant Oversee cost accounting, including standard costs, variance analysis, and inventory valuation Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards Provide financial analysis and modeling to support capital investments and strategic decisions Partner with plant leadership to track KPIs, drive cost reduction, and support continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and present financial results and insights to site and corporate leadership Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial processes and controls Mentor and develop site finance staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and improvement Financial reporting Cost accounting Budgeting and forecasting Variance analysis Financial modeling Internal controls and compliance ERP/accounting systems Manufacturing KPI analysis Inventory and standard cost management Leadership and cross-functional collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPA preferred CMA preferred Experience with manufacturing standard cost accounting Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
